food galore

tawandang was gosu and splendid. again the night of sin ended with a tub of dublin mudslide, god bless my soul!
being in ippudo was like reliving the japan experience! the food heightened my senses and excited every mouthful i took, bragging the unique flavour it exuded. the whole process was like porn, only better.

the past week was spent mostly dealing with my best friend, yusof ishak.

maha bodhi sparked childhood memories, bringing back that innocent side within me who smiles uncontrollably.
chillax was a body workout indeed and an indefinitely easier task of ticketing.
movie screening was interesting having being surrounded by friends, all for a good cause.

A matter of heart

to others, it was a complete success. laughter and smiles clogged up the atmosphere, yet a spotlight of despondence enclosed the spherical radius of one person; jaded. it didn't feel like the previous year, it was empty. too high an expectation perhaps, no obvious sense of relief nor joy; just indifferent. it was a matter of heart where the heart did not matter. drained, i gave everything i got. i guess i shouldn't have expected anything in return.

well, just opened my ang baos. it's funny how people take its original meaning for granted, squandering away their fortunate blessings they knew not. i'm contented with what little i have, less than half of what people get every year. the spirit of visiting still lives within me =)

i swear i'm turning indian. their vegetarian food is simply irresistable! and banana apolo leaf was fantabulous. al-ameentoo has never failed me. was introed to a coffee chill-out location, Papa Palheta Specialty Coffee, an old-school backdrop with terrific coffee.

ralph and andy have gone to aussieland for studies, which spells more lonely nights for me.

time to look inside and let the heart bring me to the next path.
